Drishyam 2 is an upcoming Hindi movie that is a sequel to the 2015 thriller Drishyam. The movie is directed by Abhishek Pathak and is slated to release on 18 November 2022. The movie follows the story of Vijay Salgaonkar, a cable operator who lives with his wife and two daughters in Goa.  He is accused of killing the son of a high-ranking police officer, Meera Deshmukh, and has to use his wit and intelligence to protect his family from the law. The movie has a stellar cast of actors who reprise their roles from the first part. Drishyam is a movie that follows Vijay Salgaonkar, a cable TV operator and a movie lover, who tries to save his family from the law after they accidentally kill the son of a police officer. He uses his knowledge of films to create an alibi and mislead the investigation.  The movie stars Ajay Devgn as Vijay, Shriya Saran as his wife Nandini, Ishita Dutta and Mrunal Jadhav as his daughters Anju and Anu, Tabu as the police officer Meera Deshmukh, and Rajat Kapoor as her husband Mahesh Deshmukh.
