Drishyam is a movie that follows Vijay Salgaonkar, a cable TV operator and a movie lover, who tries to save his family from the law after they accidentally kill the son of a police officer. He uses his knowledge of films to create an alibi and mislead the investigation.  The movie stars Ajay Devgn as Vijay, Shriya Saran as his wife Nandini, Ishita Dutta and Mrunal Jadhav as his daughters Anju and Anu, Tabu as the police officer Meera Deshmukh, and Rajat Kapoor as her husband Mahesh Deshmukh. The movie is a remake of the Malayalam film of the same name. Story: The movie begins with Vijay, a cable TV operator, who lives a happy life with his wife Nandini and their two daughters, Anju and Anu. Vijay is an avid movie watcher and has a good memory. He also helps the people in his neighborhood with their problems. One day, Anju goes to a nature camp with her school friends.
